Burnshield Hydrogel, 125ml, is a sterile trauma treatment specifically designed for minor burns and scalds. Made with a high water content, Burnshield Hydrogel effectively cools the affected area by absorbing and dissipating heat, minimising skin damage. The transparent gel allows for easy wound assessment, while its non-stick formula prevents adherence to the skin. Additionally, Burnshield Hydrogel has natural anti-bacterial properties that reduce the risk of infection. This product is non-toxic and non-irritant, making it safe for use on children.
Directions: Squeeze the required amount of gel from the bottle and apply liberally. Then, cover with a plaster or a non adherent / non adhesive bandage.
