Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mopani account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print our pre-paid shipping label from your email, then securely fix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
