Dosage and Directions: When using the Grace blend in our Aroma Diffuser, add 3 to 6 drops into the diffuser chamber AFTER adding the water. Then pick your preferred setting and enjoy the fresh, clean scent all day long. We suggest that you start with 3 drops and only increase if you feel 3 is not strong enough – according to preference. This blend can also be used internally. Use 2 drops maximum in a capsule, fill it to the top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Close the capsule and drink with a glass of water. Can also mix 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey. Mix into Rooibos or Green tea.
