Calcium is one of the most important minerals and is essential for building and maintaining healthy bones. Calcium is also essential for proper functioning of the brain, heart and muscles. Calcium plays an important role in lowering blood pressure, cholesterol, fat absorption, gum disease and insomnia. Calcium glycinate is the most bioavailable and most soluble form of supplemental calcium.

Dosage and Directions: Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily or 2 tablets daily after breakfast. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication.

Each tablet contains: Calcium glycinate (amino acid chelate),
supplying elemental calcium, Vitamin D3, Boron, Vitamin K2.

Inactive ingredients: Copovidone , flexicoat , isomalt, magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate and microcrystalline cellulose.

Contains sweetener: Isomalt.
